Reserve tonight's spot
It takes about a minute. Download Spottie, search the lane you're running, and have a gate code before you hit your break.

Finally sleep instead of circling
Finding trailer parking in Dallas used to be a constant struggle, especially when running tight on time. Since I started using Spottie it's been a game changer — I find safe spots fast, without the stress.
Overflow stopped being a fire drill
Spottie has been a huge help managing trailer overflow across South California. The platform made it easy to find secure parking in the right places, exactly when we needed it.
The gate code just works
I book on my thirty and the code is on my phone before I'm rolling again. No calls, no waiting on someone to open a gate at 11 at night.
One rate, posted up front. No gate fees.
What you see is what you pay. Pick a spot type, book by the day or lock in the month.

-
How do I know a yard is safe?
Every yard is vetted before it's listed, and each listing spells out fencing, lighting, cameras, and gate hours. On top of that, ratings come only from drivers who actually booked and stayed.
Can I book on the road?
Yes. Search along your route, book from the app, and the gate code arrives right after you confirm. Most drivers do it during their thirty.
What if the yard is full when I arrive?
A confirmed booking holds your spot. If a host can't honor it, we refund you in full and find you the nearest open yard that fits your rig.
-
Do you have power-only spots?
We do. Filter for Power Only and you'll see tractor-only spaces — useful for drayage runs and any night you drop the trailer somewhere else.
Can I leave a trailer for a month?
Yes. Trailer and container yards take monthly bookings for staging or storage, and you can keep several trailers on one reservation.
What does it cost to cancel?
Nothing if you cancel more than 24 hours before check-in. Inside 24 hours, the first night is charged and the rest is refunded.
-
I own land. How do I list it?
Submit the property, tell us the acreage and how many spots it holds, and we'll walk the details with you. You set the daily, weekly, and monthly rates.
When do hosts get paid?
Payouts run on a schedule you choose after each stay completes. Every booking, receipt, and guest message stays in your host dashboard.
Do you work with fleets?
Yes. Fleets book blocks of monthly spots across markets, share access with drivers, and get consolidated invoicing instead of separate receipts.
